Hi,
meli currently only Recommends: libgpgme. This should be depends IMO.
Encryption/signing fails otherwise; also, signed mails cannot be 
displayed at all, since verification fails. To quote policy:
"The Depends field should be used if the depended-on package is required for 
the depending package to provide a significant amount of functionality."
To me, this justisfies Depends: since even regular, plain-text signed 
mails are not displayed.
Thus, please adjust this.
FTR mutt also Depends: on libgpgme.
