My python utility that access bts via python3-debianbts worked with no
error for a while while apt-listbugs was continuously failing with HTTP
errors... but now even my python script fails with HTTP errors.
Under the hypothesis that it was an anti-DOS/Fastly problem I added some
headers to make the request seem more "authentic" but with
unsatisfactory results.
Although both python scripts have a greater success rate at accessing
bts than apt-listbugs the problem persists.
