It would be useful to assess whether most of these bugs can "just" be fixed by a no-change rebuild, and get that info out to the RC bugs. For what I'm concerned for p-certbot-dns-desec, you can just push to salsa and upload (but I just did). As for the rest of the Let's Encrypt team (in CC), I think the process is mostly just a request to join https://salsa.debian.org/groups/letsencrypt-team/-/group_members, and I'm sure it would be processed fast.
