When matrix-synapse is installed with an older version of python3-typing-
extensions, the following error message is seen in the journal:

Synapse 1.143.0 needs typing-extensions>=4.14.1, but got typing-
extensions==4.13.2
Missing Requirements: typing-extensions
To install run:
    sudo apt install python3-typing-extensions

Please update the dependency version for python3-typing-extensions.

FreedomBox is not able to use the latest version of matrix-synapse package due this issue. It would nice to have a fix for this issue.
