The gstreamer-vaapi package is not maintained upstream and has been replaced by a newer implementation. These vaapi gstreamer elements have been reimplemented as the gstreamer va elements that are part of gst-plugins-bad1.0. With the new 1.28.0 release, they do no longer compile (FTBFS). There are no packages depending on this package. Please remove the package.
