Hi Godfrey,
Did you blacklist nfc modules?
cat /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-libnfc.conf
blacklist nfc
blacklist pn533
blacklist pn533_usb
Thanks for the hint. I have libnfc6 installed and this sets your
referenced /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-libnfc.conf.
But it also has an udev-rules file: /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/93-pn53x.rules
and looking into this file, I found the culprit:
philipp:~# grep 2200 /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/93-pn53x.rules
#ATTRS{idVendor}=="072f", ATTRS{idProduct}=="2200", MODE="0664",
GROUP="pcscd"
All udev rules in this file still use the old plugdev group. After
changing the group to pcscd the reader works for me.
Could you please reassign the bugreport to package src:libnfc?
thanks
Philipp
