Bug#1125745: Logwatch version in Triexie

I run into a similar issue with Logwatch version 7.12 and Postfix 3.10 in 
Trixie: Postfix changed its log format and logwatch 7.12 does not parse it 
properly. This issue has been fixed in Logwatch version 7.13, but a package is 
not yet available in Trixie. 
Can we make the updated logwatch package available in Trixie ? Thank you.
