Dear Debian Maintainers, I intend to package *ThorVG*, a lightweight and high-performance vector graphics rendering library. ThorVG is a cross-platform vector graphics engine designed for performance, small footprint, and portability. It supports SVG, Lottie animations, and general 2D vector graphics rendering. The project focuses on deterministic performance, efficient CPU/GPU rendering paths, and suitability for embedded, desktop, and web environments. ThorVG is already used in animation workflows, UI systems, and embedded graphics stacks. Packaging it in Debian would make it easier for developers to integrate vector animation and rendering capabilities in Linux-based systems and applications.
