Please remove spirv-llvm-translator-17 from sid. It has no rdeps (except for
opencl-clang-17, which should be removed as well, see #1126883), is not in
testing,
and blocks the removal of llvm-toolchain-17. There are newer versions packaged
as spirv-llvm-translator-{19,21}.
