Package: multipath-tools Version: 0.4.7-1 Severity: normal This package, according to its entries in /etc/udev, should be running kpartx automatically. However, it doesn't appear to be doing so. No partition devices are appearing in /dev/mapper.
However, if I run the kpartx command as listed in the udev config, the partitions appear as appropriate. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17.1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages multipath-tools depends on: ii initscripts 2.86.ds1-14.1 Scripts for initializing and shutt ii libc6 2.3.6-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdevmapper1.02 2:1.02.05-2 The Linux Kernel Device Mapper use ii libncurses5 5.5-2 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libreadline5 5.1-7 GNU readline and history libraries ii libsysfs2 2.0.0-6 interface library to sysfs ii udev 0.093-1 /dev/ and hotplug management daemo multipath-tools recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
