Hi Kamil. Per Timo's recent mail to this bug, it may be that this was actually a dovecot bug after all. On his recommendation, I've pulled back a few changes from the upstream repository into dovecot 1:2.4.2+dfsg1-3, just upload to unstable. Can you test it with your original regex?
