This is weird. With the same /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.sources as
yours, I am getting a different version:

    root@l3:/# apt update
    Hit:1 https://deb.debian.org/debian trixie InRelease
    Hit:2 https://deb.debian.org/debian trixie-updates InRelease
    Hit:3 https://deb.debian.org/debian-security trixie-security InRelease
All packages are up to date.

    root@l3:/# apt policy libqt6core6t64
    libqt6core6t64:
      Installed: (none)
      Candidate: 6.8.2+dfsg-9+deb13u1
      Version table:
         6.8.2+dfsg-9+deb13u1 500
            500 https://deb.debian.org/debian trixie/main amd64 Packages

Maybe somehow(?) deb.debian.org returns an outdated Packages.xz file to you?

In this case, can you try picking a mirror near your country from
https://www.debian.org/mirror/list and replacing deb.debian.org with that
mirror in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.sources?

(Some mirrors may not support https, in this case you will need to switch to
http.)

After that, please run the two commands from above again, hopefully the
version of libqt6core6t64 will become 6.8.2+dfsg-9+deb13u1.
