The "reference test" probably will fail anyway, so it's not a
regression. libreoffice-writer-nogui (intentionally, riscv64 already
takes > 1d for the normal build, doing a second --disable-gui build
wouldn't be good here) and never existed.

You should do

Depends: libreoffice-writer-nogui | libreoffice-writer

in tests/control (see e.g. writer2{latex,html}).
