LibreOffice versions ≥ 26.2.x are not longer compatible with «old»
systems as it requires GLIBC > 2.31 and what is worse, a CPU with
sure? (BTW, glibc >= 2.31 is even in oldoldstable)
For avoidance of doubt, I of course know that it has
dep: libc6 (>= 2.38) [nicht alpha, i386, loong64, m68k]
dep: libc6 (>= 2.42) [i386, loong64]
e.g. for libreoffice-core but that's because of libc6-specifics/uses functions,
not cpu baseline (and one gets this directly from glibc itself, can't do
anything about this)
In any case, you need to tell what your *actual* issue is.
As generally as you wrote this report based on what build host/compiler
upstream uses for what they provide it doesn't make sense _here_. If there was
a baseline violation in Debian that should be fixed, but as long as it follows
Debians baseline this is even a non-bug and outright wontfix.

Rene
P.S.: (And if you use i386 you should just use amd64 anyway, there is no reason
to use i386 nowadays)
