Hi Matthias,My recommended way of solving this would be to package the new AOFlagger release, v3.5. This supports the latest boost versions (as well as newer cmake versions). For packaging: one of the dependencies changed, aoflagger now requires gtkmm 4 instead of gtkmm 3.
