The package golang-github-smallstep-cli-utils was accepted, and I've
uploaded golang-github-smallstep-certificates to use the new package
instead of the earlier ugly namespace patch hack.

Thus, once these two packages enter testing, I believe can ask for
request-of-maintainer ftp-master removal of golang-step-cli-utils.

Do anyone see a problem with this?

/Simon
