Bug#1127567: Acknowledgement (cups-daemon: /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd fails to load: "profile has merged rule with conflicting x modifiers")

Update: I had an old cups-daemon usr.sbin.cupsd file that apt did not 
update.

Removing the file and re-installing with --force-confmiss fixes the issue.
However, from a usability point of view, this could be handled better.
