They are still showing the minicom-2.9-rc1.pot <https://translationproject.org/POT-files/minicom-2.9-rc1.pot> as the newest version at https://translationproject.org/domain/minicom.html Before notifying him you need to include minicom.pot in the release archive, as explained in the section 5.The POT file at https://translationproject.org/html/maintainers.html If the necessary procedure is unclear for you I can try to make minicom.pot and contact the coordinator.
