Hello, I started to have the same behaviour again (from some days ago).
Please, could you confirm me that my net was blocked again? I
will contact to my internet provider to let they know the
situation. My internet provider also blacklisted me to made
git+ssh activities, but they fixed it.
Actually, some friends from my city are affected for the
403 forbidden in wiki.d.o.
Anyway, I'm not asking for unblock yet, because probably it will
happens again.
