Does it make sense to move to salsa.debian.org/debian/djbsort?

How about adding a debian/lrc.config based on 'lrc' output?  Also
consider this for debian/salsa-ci.yml:

  SALSA_CI_LINTIAN_FAIL_WARNING: '1'
  SALSA_CI_DISABLE_LICENSERECON: 0

Is upstream copyright year really 2026?  Looks like there are releases
back to 2018, which probably also contained some earlier code.
