https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/freebayes/-/pipelines/1025644 Test 12 [tabix++] the index file is older than the vcf file. Please use '-f' to overwrite or reindex. However, they pass for me when I run debian/tests/run-unit-test by hand. I'm reporting this anomaly here in case somebody can investigate. (Hope this does not affect the official CI setup). Thanks.
