1. The messages from dpkg-parsechangelog are accurate, but very
distracting. There doesn't seem to be a way to suppress them.
Maybe a good idea would be to capture the stderr and emit it
separately, after, our own output.
2. "Error: missing field Version in parsed changelog" is misleading.
In fact, dpkg-parsechangelog produced no output.
3. "Perhaps" should probably change to "It appears that".
