some short review: d/control. - the debian revision must stay at -1 until the initial upload has happened. It has only one single entry "Initial Upload. (Closes: #$ITP-BUG) you specifing GPL3.0+ in d/copyright, however, as your source files missing proper license headers the best I can find is GPLV3 (without the or later) in the README and the toml file. It would be great you could, as upstream, make this a bit clearer in the upstream portion of your package - or if the "or later" was an error, remove that one from d/copyright. (The SPDX header "GPL-3.0" you are using is GPLV3-only, maybe you meant GPL-3.0-or-later. SPDX has deprecated "GPL-3.0" - it should no longer be used, but instead GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later if you want to have the or-later option.) As usual, remove the moreinfo tag when ready for the next round of review.
