Thanks for your report. Hmm, that's an interesting problem! If I understand you correctly, a workaround would be to go to Preferences -> File Filters and there check "Disable File Filtering". This will of course show all files in the folder, but it means that it will also allow to show files without a file extension, and thus file images without a file extension. I have tested to rename a .png file to a filename without a file extension, and that will show properly if I disable the filtering described above, and doesn't show at all in geeqie before doing that. If I am correct, in your case, the file doesn't show in the geeqie filelist even after you have started geeqie, right? best /Andreas Rönnquist [email protected]
