I'm thinking we'll aim for llvm-22, which is currently at rc3, with
22.1.0 planned for Feb 24th. Rustc 1.91 switched to llvm-21, but by the
time we get llvm-22 backported and released to stable & oldstable, rustc
will probably be close to switching to 22 as well.
Tim, Jianfeng, if this is a bad plan to due ppc64 or loong64 bugs in 22,
please let me know. Otherwise, we can switch chromium over to 22 (in
sid) when we do the v146 release, and I'll start working on the
backports after that.
