Dear tgt maintainer,the postinst maintscript manually checks whether tgtd is running and saves its PID to /run/tgt.pid. This is not needed in systems that run systemd and it is also not safe in chroots and similar environments. This check also uses pidof, which will also be made non-essential shortly.
