I saw this on upgrade today from torsocks 2.5.0-1 to 2.5.0-4 torsocks (2.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low
This is a completely new version of torsocks. Please update to the new
configuration file format.
The `usewithtor` wrapper has been removed from this package, please call
`torsocks` directly instead.

I might not have thought anything of it, except that Lunar was a friend, and
is sadly deceased. It's nice to be reminded of him, but this was still
disconcerting.
