Hi, I saw on https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/haskell.html that the autoremoval of haskell-data-* does not work.
These package get indeed somehow picked up into https://udd.debian.org/cgi-bin/key_packages.yaml.cgi so never get autoremoved. (there are no real rdeps left though) I now filed plain removal requests against ftp.debian.org I hope it helps with finishing the transition. Greetings Alexandre
