Dear maintainers,

jtreg8 fails autopkgtests with default Java 25 on armhf due to the long
compilation time with zero vm:

2306s TimeoutDefaultSecondsWaiter_one.jtr is missing "Timeout signalled" action
timeout message
2306s make: *** [../test/timeoutDefaultSeconds/TimeoutDefaultSeconds.gmk:29:
/tmp/autopkgtest.N8IA4P/build.9Ay/src/build/test/TimeoutDefaultSeconds.ok]
Error 1

The compile action times out with the default timeout of 2 seconds failing the
test.
