Package: gimp
Version: 3.0.4-3+deb13u6

To reproduce, grab https://www.debian.org/logos/openlogo-75.png. For a human,
the background is white, and the foreground is the spiral in red. So while
rotating, new space should be filled white. This is not what happens. If you
tilt it slightly, you get new regions filled with red; cf. the attachment.
Please fix this.
