I wasn't questioning the patches itself and also would have just applied them.
My goal was to demonstrate what else can be changed in the packaging so I picked the lintian warning about newer watch file standard. The upload to delayed=10 was done to somehow complete the sprint session.
a watch v4 -> v5 is even a lesser NMU-worthy thing.
I was thanking Wolfram for his kind and dedicated help and the nice chat we had. What might be nice as well if the package maintainer would thank him for the contribution as well.
