Sure, it is. You could:

* Upload simdjson 4.2.4-1 as 4.3.1+really4.2.4-1 to get a a fixed
  libsimdjson29 into the archive. Once it build everywhere in unstable,
  you can then uplod simdjson 4.3.1-5 as 4.3.1+really4.3.1-1 with
  libsimdjson30.
* Or, temporarily introduce a new source package that builds
  libsimdjson29 (from simdjson 4.2.4-1) with a higher version than
  4.3.1-2.
