Control: severity -1 important Yes, that's why this app is in experimental instead of unstable. When I tried it in September, the app was performing so poorly that it looked unusable. It seemed a bit better in February as I was able to use the app to put Debian onto a USB stick, but it's still clearly not working correctly.
This may be similar to this bug, but we could also file a new bug upstream: https://gitlab.com/adhami3310/Impression/-/issues/54 This could be a good opportunity to use a profiler like sysprof to investigate where the app is spending way too much CPU time. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
