1.90.0.1~exp2 of boost-defaults added libboost-system-dev to the Provides of libboost-dev. So no immediate change is necessary, but eventually you can drop the build dependency on libboost-system-dev. There were bugs filed against reverse dependencies that build depend on libboost-system-dev to inform about the change. In case a package was missed, please let us know at #1128860.
