Control: fixed -1 chardet/5.1.0+dfsg-1 The test files are excluded in 5.1.0+dfsg-1. I believe this bug can be closed.
As a note, the upstream claimed that this issue has been resolved in version 7.0.0 by the controversal "rewrite by LLM". https://github.com/chardet/chardet/pull/322
