Thank you! Uploaded.

Some suggestions:

- Consider debian/watch v5

- Consider adding debian/upstream/metadata

- Consider adding debian/tests/

- Consider moving to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/libunistring
  - do you have a salsa username?

- Consider adding me as co-Uploader

- Consider DEP14 debian/gbp.conf branch layouts

- Consider building from upstream git instead of tarball, to simplify
  debian/copyright and avoid generated/vendored files. Requires a
Build-Depends on gnulib and re-work of debian/rules; I'm happy to help
with that if you want to look into it.

- Consider tag2upload. Would lose the ability to ship *.orig.*.asc
file, but the previous suggestion to move to git as source code is
also incompatible with *.orig.*asc, so the two ideas combine well.

- investigate lintian complaint:
P: libunistring source: license-problem-gfdl-non-official-text invariant part
is: with no invariant sections, with no front-cover text, and with no
back-cover texts [doc/libunistring.texi]
