Given that several wasm-bindgen crates are maintained and released in
sync Upstream, it makes better sense for me that they are maintained as
one single Debian source package, which as I understand it the Rust
team tooling cannot (easily) do currently. How about the opposite, that
I adopt these 4 packages:

src:rust-wasm-bindgen
src:wasm-bindgen-macro
src:rust-wasm-bindgen-macro-support
src:rust-wasm-bindgen-shared

Also (and cc'ing that ITP) that I take over the upcoming
srcrust-wasm-bindgen-test-shared as well.
