  So does dash ignore now the first line #!/bin/bash in create-docs.sh which
specifies the interpreter to use?

  I understand using /bin/bash to call a bash script in rules is probably
more straightforward than using /bin/sh, but dash not honoring the shebang
line is really surprising to me...
