you need to use your own mailserver. Debian's mailserver does not have a SPF record for your domain.

since I know you are perfectly active I'm hesitating to NMU the content of https://salsa.debian.org/debian/pps-tools I would welcome if you could maintain the package on Salsa, thus I created the repository there. All open bugs are fixed and the package is upgraded to the latest packaging standard. I also upgraded to the latest upstream version. What do you think?
