Upgrading pipewire to 1.6.x brought in a whopping 50MB+ of additional
dependencies and that was related to enabling onnxruntime support.
AFAIUI it's for some AI/ML stuff for which I have no need. I'm fine with
it being available for people who want it, but I would welcome it if
users were given the choice to have it not.
