$biff in main.cf should default to no in code, possibly even upstream
with the next compatibility level revision!

What's wrong if postfix tries to send an udp packet to localhost:512
when delivering emails? It's a privileged port, nothing should be
listening on it on a typical system, - it doesn't really hurt, does it?
