so, the problem is this line in dabian/rules:
find $(d)/$(basedir)/man -type f ! -type l | xargs gzip -9v -n
There are no manpages generated and the above command line actually fails
even on amd64 [1]:
: # compress manpages
find debian/tmp/usr/lib/jvm/java-25-openjdk-amd64/man -type f ! -type l | xargs
gzip -9v -n
find: ‘debian/tmp/usr/lib/jvm/java-25-openjdk-amd64/man’: No such file or
directory
� 0.0%
Unless this bug is fixed, it's not possible to bootstraop openjdk-25 for
loong64.
