Bug#1130672: wsgi working

Sorry for the spam. Further to previous suggestion, /etc/init.d/uwsgi indeed 
defines UWSGI_RUNDIR="/run/uwsgi" , and `systemctl list-units | grep wsgi` 
produces no output. So it's likely that the problem lies with another package 
with incorrect unit files.
