Bug#1127569: firefox-esr: should support/recommend libavcodec62 (for libvpx consistency, and libavcodec61 is no longer built)

Still the case with 140.8.0esr-1

For the record, that means that things like Netflix no longer work in 
firefox-esr as it looks for libavcodec.so.61 and earlier versions which 
are not available.

Work around for now is to install libavcodec-extra61 from trixie 
alongside forky's libavcodec-extra62
