Bug#1124299: NFS v2 must be disabled as well

Hi again,

Newer NFS doesn't like it when both UDP and TCP are disabled, but it seems
the trick is to also disable NFS v2 in nfs.conf instead:

[nfds]
vers2=off
vers3=off
