Perhaps this upstream PR 12484 titled "Sam file read regression fix" that was merged 7 hours ago will fix this: https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/pull/12484 So for now, my workaround is to hold these packages at the 3.23.0+dfsg-1 version until a version of these packages that includes upstream PR 12484 is uploaded to the Debian repositories.
