Source: libplacebo Version: 7.360.0-3 Severity: wishlist Normally I'd just wait till the new version becomes available, but when looking in the upstream mpv repo I noticed that they bumped the minimal required version to 7.360.1 (in the master branch) in 'meson.build'. This report is because of the commit description used in that commit:
This version contains critical fixes to swapchain selection, correct mapping of sRGB TRC as well as fix for gpu hangs on anv. Bump the minimum version because the mpv experience with previous version shouldn't be endorsed or be considered acceptable by upstream. https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/commit/022fbd16b99187d51f1961da788c2720cf3036ec https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/pull/17513 (Ironically the PR mentions 7.360.0, while the .1 is important AFAICT) -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.19.6+deb14-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
