Hi Sjoerd,

The ROCm backend needs the rocMLIR library and a custom-built version of the 
composable kernel (with JIT component), it's currently a work in progress 
https://salsa.debian.org/rocm-team/composable-kernel/-/tree/wip/utk4r-sh/jit-library?ref_type=heads.
