Since 7.10.0 (https://github.com/coveragepy/coveragepy/releases/tag/7.10.0), coverage introduced the new “[run] patch” configuration, which is required for the latest pypdf (6.9.0): https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/pypdf/-/jobs/9253448#L1582 Do you have plans for updating the coverage package?
