Hello,I found an upstream update that addresses the potential hang issue: https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-utils/commit/c74d86d0f25435b1d90f70015d210448126bb6ef. I built and tested it manually, and it seems to work.
Are there any plans for a new release that includes this update?
